About LeeAnn Bailey

Raised in West Texas, LeeAnn learned the value of hard work, integrity and honesty and a love for land and people. A graduate of Texas Tech University, she held positions in economic development, marketing and graphic design, and public relations, all of which have laid a great foundation for LeeAnn’s love of selling real estate.

“Being knowledgeable about the market, available properties and the latest real estate trends are some of the most important aspects of my job. The client is relying on me as a resource and for guidance in one of the largest purchases they may ever make. I take my job very seriously! It’s important to continue taking real estate courses, attend local city and government meetings and even regional seminars on land ownership and water rights. You can never be too informed on behalf of your clients!”

When LeeAnn has some down time you can find her somewhere outdoors along side her husband Clinton and daughter, Sterlin. “Being able to enjoy the Texas Hill Country and the fabulous weather is a big part of why we chose to live in Fredericksburg! We love all of the amenities our little town offers. If we want to golf, we have a beautiful public golf course, go on a hike, there’s Enchanted Rock…and the rivers, we love to fish and kayak. We are blessed with some of the clearest rivers and lakes in Texas!

As a private pilot, I love that my husband and I can get in our airplane and fly in and out of the one of the most well-maintained airports in the country. We also love to watch various fly-ins throughout the year featuring commemorative war birds or newer model air craft. When not in flight, we love to enjoy a delicious meal at the airport diner! It is such a treat!”

Even being the “outdoorsy” family that they are, the Bailey family enjoys dining at many of the famous restaurants in Fredericksburg, taking in a movie at Friztown cinema, visiting local wineries, exploring popular art galleries, or watching the local high school team take on one of its rivals in a variety of sporting events.

LeeAnn has a “friend-forever” personality! She will work hard to help you buy or sell real estate in Fredericksburg, Gillespie County and the surrounding area!

LeeAnn is a REALTOR® in Fredericksburg, Texas. She’s received her GRI and CRS designation, signifying her in-depth knowledge on technical and legal aspects of real estate. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program for 2016 and was President of the Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS(R) in 2018 and served as Past President in 2019.

Meet Emma Gamble

The Hill Country’s newest agent!

Uvalde, Texas native, Emma Gamble, spent her early years exploring where the Hill Country meets the South Texas Plains. Her family was involved in the irrigation business, growing her familiarity with the importance of water and how it coincides with the land. In the rural areas surrounding Uvalde County lie an abundance of wildlife ranches and hunting operations. Here, Emma developed a fascination and passion for agriculture that would stick with her for the following years.

Her family’s relocation to Fredericksburg, Texas was the change of scenery she didn’t know she needed. As a new student in 6th grade, she quickly found herself going back to her roots and getting involved with what she knew best, agriculture. Her high school involvement in FFA and 4-H led her to pursing a degree in animal science with a concentration in business when she began college at Texas Tech in 2019. While at Tech, Emma was able to make connections and expand her network across the entire state of Texas, making lifelong friends from all over the state. She graduated in 2022 and moved back to Fredericksburg, where she currently resides.

In her free time, Emma enjoys hunting, spending time at her family ranch in New Mexico, and being outdoors. Her love for agriculture is what brought her back to the Hill Country, as she hopes to showcase the unique and special place in Texas that she fell in love with at such a young age.

At just 22 years old, Emma just purchased her first home in Gillespie County and has been able to get to know the Hill Country real estate market for the last year. Emma values hard work, honesty, and is determined to get the job done the right way, the first time. Her professionalism and consistency make her a great choice for clients looking for a helping hand in their real estate journey. Emma is eager to give back to the part of Texas that gave so much to her.
